REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Reality Saint, we work on a project-based model. Because our services involve time, planning, strategy, creative work and resources that may begin immediately after a project is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the stage of the project.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when a client may cancel a service, when a refund may be available, and how refund requests are handled.
01. Services Covered

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Google Business Profile Setup
Social Media Marketing & Advertising
Google Ads
Email Marketing
Content Marketing
Video Editing
App Development
Other custom digital marketing, design or technology services
The exact scope, price, timeline and payment terms for a project may also be specified in the individual proposal, quotation, invoice or service agreement.
Where a project-specific agreement contains terms that differ from this policy, the terms agreed specifically for that project will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
02. Project Confirmation & Payments
A project is considered confirmed when:
The client accepts the proposal or quotation; and
The required advance or initial payment has been received.
Depending on the project, Reality Saint may require an advance payment before work begins.
The advance payment may cover activities such as:
Research
Planning
Strategy
Design
Development
Content preparation
Project setup
Third-party tools or services
Allocated project resources
Once work has started, the amount already paid may therefore not be fully refundable.
03. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you decide to cancel a project before Reality Saint has started any substantial work, you may request a cancellation.
Where appropriate, we may issue a refund after deducting any:
Payment-processing charges
Third-party costs already incurred
Non-refundable expenses
Work that has already been completed
The final refund amount will depend on the circumstances of the project.
04. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once work has started, cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a full refund.
If the project has already involved substantial work, the amount already paid may be used to cover work completed up to the cancellation date.

Strategy
Wireframes
Design concepts
Website development
Copywriting
SEO work
Advertising setup
Account configuration
Content production
Video editing
App development
Other project-related work
If any amount remains refundable after accounting for completed work and non-refundable expenses, Reality Saint may process the applicable refund.
05. Website Design & Development Projects
Website projects are usually completed in stages.
If a client cancels after design or development has begun, the refund, if any, will be calculated based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
For example, if a project has already reached the design or development stage, costs associated with completed design, development, research or other work may be deducted from any applicable refund.
If the website has been substantially completed or delivered for review, a refund may not be available for the completed portion of the project.
06. SEO & Marketing Services
SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Google Business Profile setup, email marketing and other marketing services often involve work performed continuously over a specific period.
Once work has been performed for a particular billing period, that portion of the service is generally non-refundable.
For ongoing monthly services, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid service period unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
07. App Development Projects
App development projects can involve significant planning, design, development and testing before the final product is delivered.
If an app-development project is cancelled after development has started, the amount already paid may be applied toward work completed, development hours, third-party services and other project expenses.
Any remaining refundable amount will be assessed based on the actual stage of the project.
08. Third-Party Costs
Some projects may require third-party services or purchases.
Examples include:
Domain names
Hosting
Premium software
Plugins
Themes
APIs
Stock assets
Fonts
Advertising spend
Third-party subscriptions
App-store or platform fees
Once such costs have been incurred on behalf of the client, they may be non-refundable, particularly where the third party does not provide a refund.
We will communicate significant third-party costs to the client where reasonably practicable before they are incurred.
09. Advertising Budget
Advertising spend is separate from Reality Saint's service fees.
If you provide a budget for Google Ads, Meta Ads or another advertising platform, that money may be paid directly to the advertising platform or managed on your behalf depending on the agreed arrangement.
Money already spent by an advertising platform on your campaigns cannot be refunded by Reality Saint.
If an advertising balance remains unused, any refund will depend on where the funds are held and the applicable platform's policies.
10. Client-Requested Changes
Our services generally include a defined scope of work and, where applicable, a specific number of revisions.
Additional changes, revisions or new requirements outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
A client requesting changes to previously approved work does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Where a request substantially changes the original project scope, Reality Saint may provide a revised quotation or timeline.
11. Client Delays
Projects sometimes depend on the client providing information, approvals, content, access credentials or other materials.
If the client delays providing required information or approvals, the project timeline may be extended.
Such delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.
If a project remains inactive for an extended period because required information or approval has not been provided, Reality Saint may contact the client to determine the next steps.
12. If Reality Saint Cancels a Project
In unusual circumstances, Reality Saint may be unable to continue a project.
If we cancel a project before delivering the agreed work, we will discuss the situation with the client and, where applicable, provide a refund for the portion of prepaid services that has not been performed, after accounting for completed work and applicable non-refundable costs.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.

14. Refund Review
Each refund request is reviewed based on:
The service purchased
The project stage
Work already completed
Amount already delivered
Third-party expenses
Payment-processing charges
The applicable project agreement
The reason for cancellation
Any applicable legal requirements
We aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.
For services purchased online, applicable consumer-protection requirements may also apply. India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 cover goods and services bought or sold through digital or electronic networks and include requirements concerning refunds and cancellation-related practices. 15. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, we will normally process it using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the money to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank or payment processor.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.
16. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may generally not be available where:
The agreed service has already been fully delivered.
Work has already been substantially completed.
The client changes their mind after approving the work and the agreed work has already been performed.
The client fails to provide required information, content or access.
The client requests cancellation after substantial project resources have been committed.
Third-party costs have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
Advertising funds have already been spent.
The client requests work outside the agreed scope and then refuses the associated additional charges.
These situations are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the specific terms agreed for the project.
17. No Guaranteed Marketing Results
For services such as SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing and email marketing, Reality Saint cannot guarantee a specific number of:
Leads
Sales
Website visitors
Search rankings
Ad clicks
Customers
Revenue
Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, advertising platforms, customer behaviour, pricing, offer quality and the client's business operations.
Payment for properly performed marketing services is therefore not automatically refundable simply because a particular business result was not achieved.
18. Disputes & Resolution
If you have a concern regarding a service, cancellation or refund, we encourage you to contact us first.
We will make a reasonable effort to understand the issue and find a fair resolution.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights available to you under applicable law.
19. Changes to This Policy
Reality Saint may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be updated.
The version applicable to your project will generally be the version in effect when your service agreement or purchase was made, unless otherwise required by law or agreed between the parties.
