You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems or accounts.

03. Our Services

Every project we undertake is different.

Before starting a project, we may agree with the client on matters including:

  • Services to be provided

  • Project scope

  • Deliverables

  • Pricing

  • Payment schedule

  • Estimated timeline

  • Number of revisions

  • Client responsibilities

  • Ongoing support, if applicable

The agreed proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement or other written project documentation will determine the specific terms applicable to that project.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a separate written agreement signed or accepted for a specific project, the specific project agreement will generally take precedence for that project.

04. Client Responsibilities

Good work requires cooperation from both sides.

Depending on the project, you may be required to provide:

  • Business information

  • Logos and brand assets

  • Images and videos

  • Product or service information

  • Website and hosting access

  • Social media or advertising account access

  • Google Business Profile access

  • Content or copy

  • Feedback and approvals

  • Other information reasonably required to complete the project

You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you provide to Reality Saint are accurate and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use them.

You must not provide materials that knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.

If required information, access or approvals are delayed, the project timeline may also be affected.

05. Project Scope & Additional Work

Our quoted price normally covers the work described in the agreed project scope.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

Examples may include:

  • Additional pages

  • Additional features

  • Major design changes after approval

  • Additional rounds of revisions

  • New integrations

  • Additional marketing campaigns

  • Significant changes to an approved strategy

  • New functionality requested after development has started

Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of additional costs before carrying out the additional work.

06. Payments

Project pricing and payment schedules will be communicated before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Work may begin after the required initial payment has been received.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

  • Additional work may incur additional charges.

  • Outstanding payments may result in work being paused.

  • Final deliverables or transfer of relevant access may be withheld until outstanding amounts have been paid, where legally permitted and consistent with the applicable agreement.

Third-party expenses may be charged separately. These may include:

  • Domain registration

  • Website hosting

  • Premium software

  • Paid plugins

  • Stock assets

  • Fonts

  • Advertising spend

  • Email platforms

  • App-store fees

  • Other third-party services

Unless specifically stated otherwise, third-party costs are not included in our service fees.

07. Project Timelines

We will provide an estimated timeline where appropriate.

Project timelines can change due to circumstances including:

  • Delayed client feedback

  • Delayed approvals

  • Missing content or information

  • Changes to the project scope

  • Technical issues

  • Third-party platform problems

  • Changes requested during development

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing, project timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

08. Revisions & Approvals

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope.

Clients are expected to review designs, content and deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable period.

Once a design, page, feature or other deliverable has been approved, substantial changes to the approved work may be treated as additional work.

Client approval may be provided through email, messaging, project-management tools or another agreed communication channel.

  • Terms

  • Availability

We cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain available or unchanged after a project has been completed.

Any future work required because of a third-party change may be treated as additional work unless ongoing maintenance has been agreed.
